Damaged/Missing Packages 

Customers are advised to send picture(s) of any damaged item or items within 3 days of receiving package. We will not be responsible for the replacement of any item after 3 business days. 



Refund/Return

ALL items are non-refundable. If you receive a 

1) a candle and the jar was broken/cracked during transit 

or

2) any bottled product is leaky/half full,

please provide us with pictorial proof with time stamp and you will be issued a free replacement.
