RETURNED / REFUSED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout and cannot change the address after order has been shipped.
If any package gets returned to us by the carrier, a reshipping fee will be required from the customer in order for us to reship the package. This applies for any of the following:
•Packages that the carrier was unable to deliver due to insufficient address
•Customer missed delivery attempts
•Customer failed to pick up package from the carriers access point or post office after delivery was missed.
DELAYED SHIPPING
There are many reasons that might cause a delayed delivery. We list here the most common ones.
•Package redirection- due to incomplete, incorrect or outdated address
•Failed delivery attempts -Usually, courier companies make 2 or 3 attempts to deliver the package, After these attempts, the package will most likely be stored in the courier’s warehouse for 5-7 days and the customer can pick it up directly from there.
•If the delivery address is not a Postal Office- The Post Office ZIP Mail companies do not normally deliver to a P.A. box, so make sure you write the address of the closest possible post office.
•Weather conditions- Sometimes, unforeseen situations, such as bad weather, can affect the time of delivery. Bad weather can block the roads or slow down the transit and cause a delayed delivery.
•Customs- Customs clearance work involves preparation and submission of documentations required to facilitate export or imports into one’s country. The customs release of a shipment can take anywhere from 20 minutes to several days depending on circumstances.
•High volume of orders may also cause a delay. You should always bear in mind that during peak seasons, such as summer, Black Friday and Christmas, orders might require more than 2 business days to be processed. when this happens, customers are usually notified and given a new estimated ship date.
